These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the Bunjee website and for purchasing our digital products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.withbunjee.com and any services or digital products supplied by Bunjee Platforms Ltd ("Bunjee", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Flat 1, 275 New North Road, London, N1 7AA, United Kingdom. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing a digital product from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.
2. Definitions
"Digital Product" means any downloadable digital item we sell, including the Direct-Response UGC Briefing Playbook and its accompanying Working Templates document. "Services" means our marketing and consultancy services, including any free audit we provide. "You" means the individual or business using the website or purchasing from us.
3. Our services
Bunjee is a creator-led digital marketing agency. We provide marketing services to brands and sell digital products that support marketing teams. Any free audit, proposal, or recommendation we provide is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding commitment to deliver specific results. Engagement of our agency services is subject to a separate written agreement.
4. The UGC Briefing Playbook
The Direct-Response UGC Briefing Playbook is a digital product sold for £39 (GBP), one-time payment. It consists of two files: a PDF playbook and a Working Templates document, delivered together by email. The product is educational material. It is provided to help you write better creator briefs. We do not guarantee any particular advertising, sales, or campaign outcome from using it. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your product, market, creatives, and ad spend.
5. Orders and payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By completing checkout you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide (including any business name) is accurate. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
6. Delivery and access
Digital Products are delivered electronically. After successful payment you will be shown download links on the confirmation page and sent a delivery email containing download links that remain valid for 7 days. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your files within the link validity period. If you do not receive your files, contact us at [email protected] and we will re-send them.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Digital Products are supplied as downloadable digital content that begins to be delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing and accessing or downloading the files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to the extent the content has been supplied. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights where a Digital Product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If you experience a genuine problem with your files, contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time and we will work with you to resolve it, which may include re-supply or, at our discretion, a refund.
8. Licence and intellectual property
All content in our Digital Products, website, and materials — including text, templates, designs, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Bunjee Platforms Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. On purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your own business or personal use. You may adapt the templates for your own briefs. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publish, share publicly, or otherwise make the Digital Product (in whole or in part) available to any third party, whether for free or for payment.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or any third party's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, download infrastructure, or signed download links.
10. Disclaimers
The website and Digital Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or results obtainable from our materials. Our Digital Products are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including your statutory rights as a consumer). Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Digital Product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the website and deliver products, including Stripe (payments), Resend (delivery email), HubSpot (enquiry management), and our hosting providers. Your use of the website and products may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
